The organizations needs to recruit external employees to fill positions whose requirements don´t be able with current staff or are not sufficiently qualified.

Recruitment and selection process are different phases to hire professionals, while the selection process has as objective the conduct of interviews and the evaluation of candidates for a specific job, defined in the recruitment, finally selecting an individual for the vacancy, based on predefined criteria
